oh joan!!!! what a fabulous story!!!! happy anniversary….sorry i’m a bit late…. the email got lost down the line!!!! i love how eventful your day was….and i especially love the part about the volkswagon….yes, an easy car to move….when i was in high school in the mid 70’s i drove my mom’s vw rabbit to school….one day some of the jocks decided to pick up my car and put it up on pepsi cans(!!!) on the sidewalk in front of the auditorium…..when i came out to find my car sitting 6″ above the ground, one of the campus security said to me *you can’t park on the sidewalk*….hmmmmm…..at 16 years old, i don’t think i was quite experienced enough to be able to park on top of soda cans!!!!
