…muffins.  In honor of the inauguration of our new president, Barack Obama, I would like to introduce you to….tah dah… the Presidential Muffins  (patriotic – but non partisan) created by Carol McManus of Espresso Love.  She created these lucious, delicious, blueberry and strawberry muffins when President Clinton was visiting Martha’s Vineyard.  You can find the recipe in her book “Table Talk.“

My daughter Deb made a batch of Presidential Muffins the other day… they’re long gone but definitely not forgotten.
